Thanks for testing and confirming. @tresf The OS is Ubuntu Studio. It just behaves like the akai mpk mini. I can hear the sound see the notes being pressed on the piano roll but they won't record. When playing back from LMMS, Audacity will not pick anything up at all - I cannot use JACK with LMMS as it crashes LMMS - it used to work a bit but some instruments would fail with JACK - actually LMMS works perfectly with ALSA now from a usability point of view and it sounds fine too, but I can't get the music out of LMMS!
